Delivery TimeDelivery Time generally takes 10 - 14 working days although this can sometimes be quicker depending on the type of items being ordered. This delivery time is only an approximation, we advise all customers not to book plumbers or fitters before they receive the goods.
Please do not contact us to chase a delivery before 10 working days has elapsed. We require this time in order to process your order. Any calls to chase an order before this time may result in your order being delayed due to effects on the operating efficiency of the business. However, due to charges imposed by our courier company, certain locations do incur an extra delivery charge for larger items which have to be delivered on a pallet. Delivery LocationsUnfortunately, at present, we are only able to deliver to locations within the UK. How Goods Are DeliveredHow your goods are delivered will depend on the type of products being ordered. For small items such as taps, showers and bathroom accessories, goods will be dispatched via a standard parcel delivery company. For larger items such as bathroom suites, baths and shower cubicles, delivery will be made via a pallet. Whilst the pallet delivery company will provide you with ample time to check over your goods upon delivery, unfortunately, they can only deliver the pallet to your door, they are not insured to take goods inside. You will need to unwrap the pallet and carry the goods inside the property yourself. We therefore advise that if you are ordering large items, you have at least one other person on hand to help you unload the pallet into the property. Please note, that we are only able to deliver to properties on a ground floor. If you live in a location other than on the ground floor, the goods will be delivered to the front entrance of the building only. 
CollectionsGoods can be collected from our central distribution center but there is a £10 surcharge for this.
