The 1810 Company products have the highest degree of technology, quality and design. As a result of this, the following warranty is offered.
Taps
All taps installed in a private residence carry a 2 year warranty on all mechanical parts to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal usage. All finishes carry a 2 year warranty.
Sinks
The sinks are under warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for 75 years.
General
When claiming your warranty, it is a requirement that the owner provides a sales receipt. This warranty covers all components which make the product operational. The 1810 Company may repair or replace the product or components necessary to restore the product to good working condition. The 1810 Company reserve the right to inspect the installation prior to the actual replacement of the product or component part.
This warranty does not cover accidental damages, misuse or abuse, improper installation, scuffs or scratches, abnormal usage, negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning. Normal wear of parts is excluded from this warranty. Damage caused by impurities or acts beyond our control are not covered. Any product or part which has been repaired or altered in any manner outside of 1810, unless previously authorised in writing by 1810, will void warranty. Any replacement excludes transportation and any labour re-installation costs.
Taps
There are a selection of taps to choose from in sleek and modern designs. The Curvato Slim Lever Kitchen Sink Tap with a gorgeous curved spout. These taps are made from high quality materials and come with a 2 year guarantee.
Sinks
There are a selection of different sinks to choose from such as Zenuno, Zen15, ZenIF and Etrouno. The new stylish Zenuno 675U Curve sink which has an undermounted handmade bowl which can also be flushmounted or inset.
Product Care
General care of the 1810 stainless steel sinks and taps.
Taps
Should be cleaned gently with a rinsed soft mild soapy cloth only. If limescale is a problem around the nozzle then gently use a small brush with lemon juice to remove it. Ensure you rinse away any remaining lemon juice from the tap.
Sinks
Discolouration and most marks on stainless steel are caused by water-borne deposits clinging to its surface. These do not come from the steel. These stains can be avoided completely by removing wet cleaning aids (cloths etc.) from the sink after use as this will avoid watermarking and rust stains.
AVOID:

use of plastic bowls for washing up, as these cause heavy localised scratching.

leaving salt, vinegar, mustard, pickles or citric fruit juices on the surface for any length of time as they can cause corrosion.

abrasive cleaners such as bleach or scourers.
