Delivery Cut Off Times
- The delivery cut off time to receive your order the Next Working Day is 2.00pm.
- If you choose Next Working Day Delivery after 2.00pm your order will be dispatched the next working day e.g. an order placed at 9:00pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.
- If you place an order over the weekend on a Next Working Day Delivery your order will be dispatched the Next Working Day e.g. an order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Information
We aim to deliver taps an a next day basis from our considerable stock holding. This is not always possible as the Perrin and Rowe Kitchen Collection is so vast and each tap variant has 4 colours and many handle options. As these taps are hand made in the UK, in some cases taps take 3-4 weeks to be manufactured to your exact specification. We even offer an unpolished brass finish in some of the tap designs.
Changes to delivery details made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge of £20.00.

Access
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if you have not informed us about any conditions that may affect the delivery access e.g. a flight of stairs, or, when the delivery company arrives they determine it is unsafe to make the delivery. You will have the choice of leaving the products on the ground floor\in the property, or the products will be taken away and any failed delivery charges that occur from the delivery company will be passed on to you.
The same applies to vehicle access; we must be made aware of anything that may restrict access to large vehicles such as a low bridge or narrow lanes.
